Please note that Preston psychotherapy Services does not do direct billing to insurance companies. If you intend to use benefits to cover your session, please check with your provider to confirm coverage before booking.

Availability: Video and in-person appointments are available between 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday, with some limited evening availability after 4:00pm.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. To accommodate unforeseen or emergency circumstances, the clinic allows one late cancellation within every five attended sessions without penalty. Any additional late cancellations or no-shows beyond this allowance will result in the full session fee being automatically charged to the credit card on file.
